Our goal is to make sure each and every person has the support they need not only to grow, but excel at Agero. Our extensive classroom training provides the tools for success for each new associate. Once training is complete, each associate is partnered with a mentor for on-the-job shadowing and support for those first few weeks. Our career path is unlike any in the industry – and we actively reward those who exceed expectations through performance-based incentives and promotions. It's how we could quickly and comfortably transition our workforce to home-based during the COVID-19 pandemic.
